This painting is follows on from New Realms in the idea that is about free flowing thought whilst running. Getting into the ‘flow state’ can be achieved in different ways . Once there, ideas can develop in series and in parallel, thoughts can collide and merge, energy patterns appear.
You can see freehand spray paint marks here contrasted against textured lines created spraying across torn paper. These paintings are created spontaneously and freely emboding the same energy as the activity, running in this case.
